Swedish massage is Swedish massage therapy. It involves soft, long, kneading strokes, as well as light, rhythmic, tapping strokes, on topmost layers of muscles. This is also combined with movement of the joints. By relieving muscle tension, Swedish therapy can be both relaxing and energizing.
THAI FOOT REFLEXOLOGY
Reflexology is an ancient healing technique based on isolated pressure points in the feet, legs, hands and ears which correspond with specific zones in the human body. When these pressure points are stimulated through massage they send a message or wave of energy to various organs and systems within the body and promote optimal functioning. Thai Foot Reflexology uses a tool made tamirin wood which is used to apply pressure to the feet and glide over/through the legs and knees.
